Luis De Los Santos is a speaker, writer, facilitator and executive coach interested in a deceptively simple question: how do the stories we tell ourselves shape what we see, what we resist and what we believe is possible?

Trained as an electrical engineer at Columbia University, Luis began his career in technology and management consulting before moving through entrepreneurship, education, organizational leadership and executive development.
Over nearly two decades, he has worked with more than 10,000 professionals and leaders across industries, including financial services, healthcare, technology, education and the nonprofit and public sectors.
Today, Luis helps leaders examine the narratives their organizations tell themselves — and assess whether the story that got them here still fits where they are now and where they hope to go next. Sometimes the answer is to reinforce it. Sometimes it needs repair. And sometimes the old story has simply run its course.
As a writer, Luis explores many of the same questions through essays and fiction, including his forthcoming novel, Tomorrow’s Yesterday, which examines identity, belonging and what happens when changing reality forces people to reconsider the stories they have inherited.
